Volts Connect Documentation -
Using the Inbox
The Inbox is the central workspace in Volts Connect where all incoming and outgoing SMS and MMS conversations are managed. It provides real-time messaging, contact context, message status indicators, and media support — all inside WordPress.

Archiving conversations
Archive conversations to remove them from the active inbox.
Archived conversations can be restored at any time.
Archiving does not delete message history.
