Refund Policy

At Volts Consulting, we strive to ensure the highest level of satisfaction with our services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds are applicable only to services that have not yet been fully delivered or utilized.
    • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial payment.
  2. Refund Process:
    • To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at info@voltsconsulting.com with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
    • Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method.
    • Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  3. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Services that have been fully delivered or utilized are not eligible for refunds.
    • Custom services, including but not limited to bespoke web design and development projects, are not refundable once work has commenced.
  4. Payment Method:
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    • If the original payment method is unavailable, we may offer an alternative refund method at our discretion.

Delivery/Cancelation Policy

Delivery Policy

At Volts Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions tailored to your business needs. Upon agreeing to the project scope and terms, our team will begin working on your project as per the agreed timeline. The delivery timeline will be clearly outlined in the project contract.

  • Website Design & Development: Depending on the complexity of the project, delivery will typically occur within 2-6 weeks from the start date.
  • Volts Engage: Access to our Volts Engage platform will be provided within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Other Services: Delivery timelines for additional services such as SEO, CRM setup, and marketing campaigns will be discussed and agreed upon during the project planning phase.

Once the project is completed, the final deliverables will be provided to you in the agreed format. Any revisions or additional work outside the original project scope may result in additional fees and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your project or subscription. Below is our cancellation policy:

  • Website Design & Development: If you wish to cancel the project before completion, please notify us as soon as possible. If the project is canceled after work has begun, you will be billed for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any deposit paid is non-refundable.
  • Volts Engage Subscription: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Please note that the subscription fee is non-refundable, and access to the platform will be revoked immediately upon cancellation.
  • Other Services: For ongoing services such as SEO, CRM, and marketing, you may cancel at any time. Services rendered up until the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds: We offer refunds only in cases where services have not been initiated or if there is a failure to deliver as per the contract. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval and will be credited back to the original payment method.
