Effective Date: January 9, 2024
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Volts Consulting to Bindal Homes Property Experts (“Client”).
By making payment against the applicable invoice, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
1. Scope of Services
Volts Consulting agrees to provide the following services to the Client:
- Website design and development
- Website hosting
- Creation of a professional domain-based email address
- Deployment of a functional ERP and CRM system
The service term shall be four (4) years, commencing from the Effective Date.
2. Service Details
- The website will be designed and hosted by Volts Consulting.
- One or more professional email addresses linked to the domain will be provided.
- Free technical support and maintenance will be provided for the first 12 months.
- Post the first year, support may be subject to additional charges unless otherwise agreed.
- ERP/CRM functionality will be provided as per agreed scope and may rely on third-party tools.
3. Fees & Payment
- Total service fee: ₹25,000 (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand only)
- Payment is due in full upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All payments made are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
4. Term & Renewal
- This agreement is valid for a period of 4 years from the Effective Date.
- Renewal after expiry will be subject to mutual agreement and revised pricing.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide all necessary content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure that all provided content is lawful and does not infringe on third-party rights
- Cooperate with Volts Consulting for smooth execution of services
Delays caused by the Client may impact delivery timelines.
6. Service Provider Responsibilities
Volts Consulting agrees to:
- Deliver services in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain reasonable uptime for hosting services
- Provide support as outlined in Section 2
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement in case of a material breach, subject to a 30-day written notice and opportunity to cure.
- No refunds will be issued for early termination once services have commenced.
8. Ownership & Access
- The Client will have rights to use the website and related assets upon full payment.
- Hosting and technical infrastructure may remain managed by Volts Consulting during the contract term.
- Transfer of hosting or full access may be subject to additional charges.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.
10. Limitation of Liability
Volts Consulting shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, business, or revenue
- Downtime or issues caused by third-party services
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts within India.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By making payment against the invoice referencing these Terms, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
- They have read and understood these Terms
- These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the parties

Volts Consulting reserves the right to update these Terms for future agreements. Existing agreements will continue under the Terms applicable at the time of payment.
