  • Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests for annual subscriptions must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Refunds will not be granted for renewal payments.

b. One-Time Purchases

  • Refund requests for one-time purchases, such as additional credits or features, must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.

3. Refund Process

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Setup fees or installation charges.
  • Custom development or integration services.
  • Fees for third-party services or products.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your VoltsEngage account settings.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for cancellations made during an active billing period.
