Perfex CRM Development · White Label & SaaS

Run Perfex as your own product, under your own brand.

Agencies and consultancies keep arriving at the same idea: our clients need a CRM, we already support them, why are we referring that revenue away? Perfex can be run as a multi-tenant, white-labelled product — and we know because we operate one.

What the setup involves

Six Pieces Between an Install and a Product

01

Tenant provisioning

New customers get a workspace automatically after signup rather than waiting on someone to build it by hand.

02

Your brand, not Perfex's

Logo, colours, login screen, emails, and optionally a custom domain per tenant — the software reads as yours.

03

Plans and gating

Which modules each plan unlocks, what the limits are, and what happens when a tenant hits one — decided by you, enforced by the platform.

04

Billing that runs itself

Subscription or invoice-based billing with trials, so revenue collection is not a monthly manual chore.

05

Your own modules on top

The features that differentiate your product get built as modules, so they survive Perfex updates and apply across every tenant at once.

06

Someone who has run it

Provisioning, upgrades, backups, and the operational questions that only appear once real customers depend on it.

The part most pages leave out

White-labelling a CRM makes you a software company.

Not metaphorically. Once other businesses depend on your instance, somebody owns upgrades, backups, uptime, and the support ticket that arrives while you are at dinner. That is entirely doable — it is exactly what we do — but it changes what your week looks like, and it is the first thing we will make sure you have thought about, because it is cheaper to discuss now than to discover in month three.

If that operational load is the part you do not want, the honest alternative is usually to resell or refer onto a platform someone else runs — and we will say so rather than sell you a build that makes you miserable.

FAQ

White-Label Questions, Answered

  • Yes — with a tenancy layer on top of the standard install, each customer gets their own workspace, data space, staff accounts and settings, optionally on their own domain. We run exactly this configuration as VoltsCRM, so the advice comes from operating it rather than from a tutorial.

  • No, and it would be misleading to imply otherwise. The tenancy layer is a commercial Perfex addon; what we do is configure it properly, extend it with our own modules, and run it in production. Our authored code is the payments bridge and the Meta lead-ads integration — the parts we needed and could not buy.

  • Yes. Tenant workspaces support custom domains, your logo and colours rather than Perfex's, and per-plan access to modules — which is what makes it feel like your product instead of somebody else's software with your logo on the login screen.

  • Plans define price, interval, trial length and which modules a tenant gets, with subscription billing or invoice-based billing depending on how you sell. Usage limits — staff, clients, invoices, storage — are enforced per plan so an account cannot quietly outgrow what it pays for.

  • You become a software company. Someone has to own updates, backups, support and the tenant who breaks something at 6pm on a Friday. That is very manageable — we do it — but it is a commitment, and anyone selling you a white-label CRM without mentioning it is selling you the easy half.
