At Volts Consulting, including our products VoltsEngage and other offerings, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients. However, we recognize that circumstances may arise where cancellations or refunds are necessary. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be processed.


1. General Policy

  • All cancellations must be requested in writing via email at contact@voltsconsulting.com.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.
  • Refunds are issued only in compliance with the terms specified in this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

For Subscriptions:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the month.
  • Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of the annual billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the year.

For One-Time Services:

  • Cancellations must be requested before the commencement of the service.
  • If the service has already started or has been completed, no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Policy

For Subscriptions:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not available. You may cancel the subscription to avoid further charges.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are available only if requested within 30 days of the subscription start date. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

For One-Time Services:

  • Refunds are only available if the cancellation request is received before the service has begun.
  • Once work has started or is completed, no refunds will be granted.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email our support team at info@voltsconsulting.com with the following details:

  • Your account information
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Transaction details

Once received, we will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


5. Exceptions

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Custom development projects
  • Completed consulting sessions
  • Any third-party services or products purchased through Volts Consulting

6. Changes to This Policy

Volts Consulting reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. If significant updates are made, we will provide a notice on our website.
