However, we recognize that circumstances may arise where cancellations or refunds are necessary. - Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.

2. Cancellation Policy
For Subscriptions:
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the month.
- Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of the annual billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the year.
For One-Time Services:
- Cancellations must be requested before the commencement of the service.
- If the service has already started or has been completed, no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Policy
For Subscriptions:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not available. You may cancel the subscription to avoid further charges.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are available only if requested within 30 days of the subscription start date. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
For One-Time Services:
- Refunds are only available if the cancellation request is received before the service has begun.
- Once work has started or is completed, no refunds will be granted.
4. Refund Process

Once received, we will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

- Any third-party services or products purchased through Volts Consulting
